1976 - 1979: Myer, Melbourne assistant display manager for visual merchandiing for furinture and home wares floor.
1981 - 1992: Harrods London, Display mangager of Windows and Way Inn.
1981 - 1992: Peter Harvey Design established practice in interior architecture,
exhibition design and visual merchandising.
1995: Peter Harvey London Ltd established and re-located to Bridge Studios, Fulham, London SW6,
set up new work shop and showroom.
1995: 100% Design solo exhibition of first prototype and hand made pieces of furniture and lighting.
1996: Gruppo GFT GB, head quarters/showrooms for Italian fashion manufacturers of Armani, CP Company, Stone
Island, and Cerutti for men, design build project, bespoke furniture and fixtures.
1997: ‘Salone Satellite’ Milan Furniture Fair solo exhibition of first prototype and hand made pieces of furniture.
1998: Rennie Mackintosh - Hill House, Tongue-in-Cheek chair loaned for an exhibition on British Designers.
1998 - 1999 Gruppo GFT GB, second phase head quarters/showrooms for Armani, Valentino, Ungaro for women,
design build project, bespoke furniture and fixtures.
2000: Big Brother 2, Smile chair, features in the main living area.
2000: Anita Lawrence Hair Salon, design build project and bespoke furniture.
2001: Accuvision, private eye clinic, design build project, commissioned glass hanging feature for reception.
2002: Teeth @W2, private dental practice, design build project and bespoke furniture.
2002: Fetal Medicine Foundation, Harley street, commissioned one-off sculptural free form reception desk hand made.
2003: Passagen, Cologne, themed “Sense & Sensuality” launch of the GRP prototypes and production pieces.
2003: 100% Design London, first exhibition launch of evolving GRP pieces.
2003: Pantalon Chameleon flagship store for ladies Fashion, Chelsea, design build project and bespoke furniture.
2003: Design & Decoration Awards London, Smile chair and Smile chaise-longue nomination in the five finalists
for the “Best furniture for Living Space”
2004: Castle Maurick, The Netherlands, Horas International celebrate there 40th anniversary with the launch of the
Peter Harvey collection and Venini glass.
2004: ’Thunderbirds’ the feature film by Working Title Films, Europe’s pr-eminent production company featured
eighteen pieces from the furniture collection, Space table IIII was inspired by, and capture the spirit and
dynamics of space - travel.
2004: 100% Guaranteed London , launch of latest pieces by Kudanlini and Peter Harvey set in the industrial chic
Bridge Studios with back drops commissioned by graffiti artist Daisuke Sakaguchi recreating the Thunderbirds
characters and machines. Daisuke graduated from in Central St Martins in Jewellery design.
2004: Rove 1: Hoxton Square, Kenny Schachter curator, featured new production GRP pieces at the gallery launch.
2004: Kenny Schachter private collection, furniture commission.
2005: ‘Does’ Laren, Interior Design Boutique, Netherlands, exhibition of Peter Harvey furniture with Venini Glass.
2005: Fetal Medicine Foundation, Harley street, commissioned one-off glass Space Display Table for artifacts.
2005: Latin American Exhibition, Curator and collaborator with the Cuban, Peruvian,
Argentine Embassy and Cristina Carnerio de Mendonça.
2005 - 2006: Anita Lawrence, Hair Salon & Beauty Spa, design build project and bespoke furniture.
2005: Milan Fair, launch of Mon Coeur and Petit Mon Coeur chair and sofa Designed for La Cividina.
1996 - 2005: During this period, Peter Harvey produced hand made full scale models/protoypes of which formed the
core of the current collection.
2006: Relocated to Berlin - Time out!
2007: SaloniSatellite - A Dream Come True Saloni Show Within a Show - Milan International Furniture Fair -
exhibition of Smile + Tongue-in-Cheek designer’s proof.
2007: Design Miami Kenny Schachter Rove Projects, launch of Forbidden Fruit.
2007: Phillips de Pury & Company successful auction of Tongue-in-Cheek protoype entirely made by hand
by the designer.
2008: Design Basel, Kenny Schachter Rove Projects.
